We were approached by Susan to build her dream garden/entertainment room. From working alongside their chosen architect, to the completion of the garden room and landscaping, we were fully involved from a project management perspective. Dynamic Property Services designed the full building with pillars to the front entrance, designed and installed oak ceiling and wood flooring, full electrical works which includes outside decorative lighting, designed and built a brick pizza oven housing area.

We also installed a fully fitted kitchen complete with an island feature, a toilet/shower room and landscaped the garden area to the specific design of the customer collaborating with Dynamic Property Services. Pivots on the roof were a challenge as it was the first time doing this style of room and customer wanted them fully wrapped in cedar. This was very time consuming but a worthy task as the outcome was fantastic and we are particularly proud of the end product.
