Dynamic Property Services were contacted to renovate two derelict buildings that were previously used as WH Smith premises and office/storage space, into new two-bedroom flats. Dynamic Property were brought in to completely refurbish each property. This included erecting internal walls to create 5 new luxury flats. Each individual property was to have a living space, fully fitted kitchen area, new bathroom fully fitted, plus two bedrooms. Each property had to be fully serviced with electrics, plumbing and boilers. All walls were fully plastered and painted, new flooring was laid, new windows were fabricated and installed along with new skirting boards, facings and internal doors. In each property, decorative lighting was installed throughout. On this project we also had to run 5 new upgraded electrical mains through the building to take the load of electrical boilers.

This was a challenging project due to its location on a busy high street with limited parking and restrictions on how we could manage the waste removal. Some waste had to be removed through windows and lowered down the outside of the building due to the access restrictions to the main entrance.
