We were approached by Susan to build her dream garden/entertainment room. From working alongside their chosen architect, to the completion of the garden room and landscaping, we were fully involved from a project management perspective.
Dynamic Property Services designed the full building with pillars to the front entrance, designed and installed oak ceiling and wood flooring, full electrical works which includes outside decorative lighting, designed and built a brick pizza oven housing area.
We also installed a fully fitted kitchen complete with an island feature, a toilet/shower room and landscaped the garden area to the specific design of the customer collaborating with Dynamic Property Services. Pivots on the roof were a challenge as it was the first time doing this style of room and customer wanted them fully wrapped in cedar. This was very time consuming but a worthy task as the outcome was fantastic and we are particularly proud of the end product.

Having had previous and broadly negative experiences with the building trade, we were very cautious in choosing Ross and Dynamic Property Services to undertake our building project.
We needn’t have worried - from the outset, we agreed a plan and price for the project and uniquely, not only were both the plan and price delivered – but so much more and they truly exceeded our expectations.
Ross takes a pride in his work unlike any other builder we have encountered. He did that special thing of under promising and always over delivering. His eye for detail is exceptional, and he is full of fun and imaginative ideas that turned a standard build into something exceptional. The finish, which is where most builders get bored and wane, was the highlight for us. It was to an incredible standard with small but important touches that made everything come to life.
From a personal perspective, Ross and his team are very trustworthy, they care about their reputation, and they let their work do the talking.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross and Dynamic Property Services again and indeed many of our friends have found the same. I would be happy to personally recommend his work and his company.
