The Chase Bar in Bonnyrigg was an old-fashioned & traditional local man’s pub. Dynamic Property Services were contacted by the owner Jack, who at this point had a vision of how he would like to transform this pub. After several meetings and many changes, we both knew exactly what we were trying to achieve.
The results speak for themselves:
Dynamic Property Services undertook the complete removal of the existing interior including the washrooms. As part of the redesign, we made the decision to reposition the male and female toilets – we installed completely new sanitaryware and fully tiled both sets of toilets.
We put in new French doors/windows, designed and installed the new bar and bench style seating around the perimeter of the room. We created another level by installing MDF panelling and put down parky flooring. We also installed new shelving behind the bar and redesigned the gantry. To finish the redesign, new lighting was fitted throughout the bar area and wall lights added to create the right ambiance. The full exterior was painted and a bespoke gantry created above the windows. All joinery, building, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and painting was all carried out inhouse by the Dynamic Property Team.
