We are involved from the initial strip out and removal of the existing interior, carrying out the installation all the way through to the final completion of the project. We really are a “one stop shop” for anyone looking for home improvement services. So much so that we have, in the last 12 months, actually bought over a “shop” and office premises right in the middle of the Midlothian village of Loanhead. This has brought us right into the heart of the local community, making our services easily accessible to everyone.
In the last 12 months we have been involved in bar & restaurant refurbishments too which has involved working at speed to help ensure that they as a business, are up and trading again as quickly as possible.
Dynamic Property Services has grown over the years and we were born from an amalgamation of 4 companies – joinery, electrical, building & plumbing services. Ross Barr, our Director/Owner had the vision that this was the way forward to building a Dynamic company that would meet all the needs of the home improvement business.

History
Dynamic Property was set up around 5 years’ ago by Ross Barr. Since then, the business has grown and we have become well known for the quality of our work and our customer service. We specialise in renovations, shopfitting and refurbishments and will manage your project from start to finish.
